By creating an account or using Biovity in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of Biovity after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Biovity account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Biovity is an AI-powered longevity intelligence platform that helps you understand, track, and improve your biological health by analyzing uploaded health reports, biomarkers, and (where available) wearable data. Biovity provides structured insights, education, and guidance based on your data.

• Biovity does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• You remain solely responsible for your own medical decisions
• You should consult a licensed healthcare professional for any health concerns
• Findings and recommendations are educational and informational only

Some features described in our marketing materials, including live wearable device syncing, are still in development and may display example or limited-functionality data during early access.

Biovity offers a free Early Access plan and paid subscription plans (including Professional and Family tiers) with additional features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with advance notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

You retain ownership of any health reports, lab results, or other data you upload to Biovity ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Biovity a limited license to process, store, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights. You may request export or deletion of Your Content at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

You agree not to misuse Biovity. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading falsified, fraudulent, or another person's health data without authorization
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our platform or AI systems
• Using Biovity to make medical decisions for others without appropriate qualification
• Circumventing usage limits, security features, or subscription tiers
• Using our services for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Biovity uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI technology providers, to extract biomarker data, generate health Findings, estimate Biological Age, calculate Longevity Scores, and power our AI chat assistant. AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or fail to reflect your full medical history. You should not rely solely on AI-generated insights for any medical decision, and you should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis or treatment. Biovity's AI features are designed to flag when a finding may be serious enough to warrant medical attention, but this flagging should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgment.

Biovity, including its name, logo, platform design, software, and all related content (excluding Your Content), is the property of Biovity and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our prior written consent.

You may stop using Biovity and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Biovity if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use Biovity will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these Terms (including data rights and liability limitations) will survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biovity and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health, data, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including reliance on any AI-generated insight, Finding, Biological Age estimate, or Longevity Score. Biovity's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Biovity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Finding, Biological Age estimate, or Longevity Score will be accurate or complete for your individual circumstances.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Biovity shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures we make available at that time.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date below. Your continued use of Biovity after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
